Are you eligible for a refund?
In order to be eligible for a refund you must return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition you received it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If you damage the product in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Damaged goods on arrival?
Your item should arrive in perfect condition, but if your item has been damaged whilst being delivered please send it back to the return address. We will inspect the item and either issue an exchange, or if the item is out of stock we will issue a full refund. If you initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed you will not be eligible for an exchange or refund
Got the wrong size?
Don’t worry! If you have received your item and it’s not the correct fit we’ve got you covered. Please fill out the relevant parts of the returns slip, pop that in the parcel with the item and post it back to us. We will issue an exchange and if the item is out of stock we will issue a refund. If you initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed you will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.
