Do you ship items overseas?
Due to Brexit we are unable to offer worldwide shipping at this time. We hope this changes soon! If you’re outside of the UK and really keen on purchasing from us, please let us know and we can try to work something out on a case by case basis.
How can I pay?
You can pay via Paypal, debit or credit card.
How do I use discount codes?
Simply add your desired items to your shopping cart and then proceed to follow the checkout instructions. Before you complete your payment there will be a box for you to enter your discount code. After doing this the discount will show in your cart and the total will be adjusted accordingly.
Can I return or exchange an item?
You can find our Returns Policy under the tab in the drop down menu named RETURNS AND REFUNDS. You can also discuss a return or exchange by contacting us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
My order hasn’t arrived, what do I do?
Please contact us at email@example.com and we will find out where you order is as quick as possible.
When will my item arrive?
Your item will be shipped first class and you should expect to receive it within 1 to 2 working days.
Due to the current pandemic we expect that delivery times may be affected. We apologise for any inconvenience.
How do I care for my item?
A full description of how to wash a your garment can be found in the item info box next to the image of your purchased item.
Are your products ethical and eco friendly?
We use “Earth Positive” and “Ascolour” garments to print our Designs onto.
Earth positive are 100% ethical and and eco friendly. All garments made by Earth Positive are 100% organic.
Ascolour are 100% ethical and their garments are 100% cotton.
